Auscare Staffing is seeking dedicated and experienced healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care in regional and remote healthcare settings across Western Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of individuals in underserved communities, providing them with the care and support they need.
Registered Nurses (RNs): A minimum of 2 years of experience in aged care, preferably in residential settings.
Enrolled Nurses (ENs): At least 1 year of experience in an aged care environment.
Support Workers/PCAs: Experience in providing personal care and support to elderly individuals, especially in residential aged care settings.
Certifications: Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (for support workers and PCAs).
National Police Clearance: Current clearance (issued within the last 6 months).
Other Skills: Strong communication skills, empathy, patience, and the ability to work as part of a team.
