What We Look For in Support Workers
To join Auscare Staffing, candidates should meet the following criteria:
Experience in the health sector (Aged Care, Disability, or Community Support)
Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
Current National Police Clearance (issued within 6 months)
Knowledge of Medication Management (desirable)
Understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards (beneficial)
